How to Quickly Double up the Hook and Reset Faster

What's up guys welcome to Quake Combat, I have received a few questions about my left hook, specifically, how I double the hook. One of my coaches, Mike Angove gave me a simple but effective tip for resetting and really tidying up my hook, making it more efficient and more defensively sound, so I wanted to share it here.
